On the African continent there are millions of people who lack the most basic skills. They are being left behind.

Our goal is to see people helping people on every economic level and in every sector to gain skills and then to use those skills.

We believe that people helping people, people building people, changes things.

We work to catalyze and facilitate local initiative and endeavor to help people work together across lines of conflict. We work with local organizations and institutions, develop training materials, provide trainers, conduct training seminars, offer program development and evaluation consultancy services, and link experts in their field with a wide variety of African initiatives.
