In many nations in the world there are millions of people who lack the most basic skills. These people are unable to meet their basic needs and to join in the growing market place. They are being left behind.

For development to be sustainable, development interventions must begin with people—from people in government to people in the most remote rural areas.

Our goal is to see people on every economic level and in every sector with developed skills, using those skills.

We work to catalyze and facilitate local initiative. We develop training materials, provide trainers, conduct training seminars, offer program development and evaluation consultancy services, and link experts in their field with a wide variety of African initiatives.
